The Bridge Securities Limited

‘The Bridge’ or ‘the company’ was incorporated in Nigeria in September 2006 as a private limited liability company with authorized share capital of Naira(₦)100 million and issued and fully paid up share capital of ₦100 million divided into 100,000,000 ordinary shares of ₦1.00 each.

The company whose major lines of business are securities brokerage, securities trading, investment and financial advisory services obtained The Nigerian Stock Exchange dealership license and thus became both an ordinary and dealing member of the exchange in November, 2006.

Mission Statement

The company’s mission is to provide world-class finance and investment services to discerning clientele using state-of-the-art information and communication technology. And in the process create value for all our stakeholders.

The company was registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as broker / dealer in April 2007. And commenced full operations including trading on all floors of The Nigerian Stock Exchange on July 05, 2007
