1. Password and security
As a client of Just Investments Ventures Limited (JIVLtd®), You need to obtain a JIVLtd® account number and User Name unique to you in other to access the share account area of this site. This means that you will be responsible for the security and use of your JIVLtd® account number and User Name, and we hold you responsible for all transactions that arise from their usage, other than due to our fraud, negligence or breach of the General Terms and Conditions or Terms and Conditions for The Bridge Securities (Nig) Limited.

2. Your responsibilities
As a condition of being approved to use our trading facilities you will immediately notify us by secure message or by telephone if:

(a) you have placed an order using our electronic trading facility and you have not received a confirmation;

(b) you have dealt and you do not receive a confirmation of the order, its execution or cancellation within two business days (whether through hard copy, electronic or verbal means);

(c) you receive a confirmation for an order you did not place;

(d) you become aware of any inaccurate information in your account, or;

(e) you become aware of any loss, theft or unauthorised use of your JIVLtd® account number and User Name.

You will be held liable for any transactions that take place prior to us receiving such notifications.

3. Suspension or termination of services

We have the right at our absolute discretion to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason and without prior notice to you. You agree not to hold us responsible or liable for any disruptions in service due to, and not limited to:

(a) any system problems beyond our control;

(b) routine system maintenance or system upgrades;and

(c) any other event or circumstance beyond our control

4. Transactions

All prices quoted in respect of share prices are based on the price list publication by The Nigerian Stock Exchange.

5. Order/Mandate instruction

If we receive an order from you and time lapse prior to execution of such orders by our Partners ‘’The Bridge’’ due to circumstances beyond their control and or as a result of regulatory rules, you acknowledge that the market price for the security/share price may have moved (either against you or for you), issues arising from this shall be entirely yours as you have the right to terminate such transaction if you have not received our confirmation of dealing within 24 hours.

For placing order through the Site, you are to follow up with a telephone call after three working days to confirm that your order has been carried out otherwise, you will take responsibility of any such execution especially where the share price have moved against you. After that time period has expired, you will be required to confirm your order and you acknowledge that the price for the security/share may have moved in the meantime.

We may, without prior notice or reason, decline to accept your orders or we may place certain restrictions on your Just Investment Ventures Limited account. All transactions will be subject to the applicable rules, regulations, customs and usages of the Nigerian Stock Exchange or market where the transaction is executed.
