2. Because we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information sent on the internet you should never send your Share Details such as account number, user name or password via e-mail. Should you wish to contact us it is preferable for you to do so via a secured means for greater confidentiality.

3. By registering to use the Service, you agree that your Personal Information may be used for the purposes set out in our General Terms and Conditions.

In particular, your Personal Information may be shared with other members of the JIVLtd® and The Bridge Securities Limited, Securities and Exchange Commission, Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) and The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) from time to time, for the purposes of assessing business performance, statistical analysis, evaluating your potential needs, Provision of our services and to conduct market research.

5. Before your Personal Information is disclosed to a third party outside the UK, we will ensure that it agrees to apply the same level of protection to your Personal Information as we are required to apply to Personal Information held in the UK.
